At Computeeze we believe in a few critical points:

Therefore, if a bug were to be found in your custom software 2 years from now, it would be corrected for free! Secondly, we believe in no hidden costs, so we post our pricing for all to see, unlike most other consultants. And finally, we believe in timely project turn-around. We want to keep not only our clients, but their trust as well, therefore if we can't get it done in a timely fashion, we will tell you, so you’re not left hanging. Also note that extensive projects will be eligible for reduced rates on a sliding scale discount structure, as described below.

Server/Networking. This includes consultation, trouble shooting, installations, administration, upgrades, cross platform integrations, and disaster recovery. All server OS's are covered including Unix/Linux/AIX, WinNT/Win2k/Win2k3, Novell, etc. Both Wired and Wireless Networks are supported. Fee: $175/HR in .25 hour increments. ~ Cloud and Managed Services Consulting. This includes consultation, testing, deployments, migrations, trouble shooting, administration.    Fee: $175/HR in .25 hour increments. ~ Workstation work. This includes consultation, trouble shooting, installations, upgrades, cross platform integrations, and disaster recovery. All server OS's are covered including Unix/Linux, Win2k/Win2k3/WInXP, Thin Clients, etc. Fee: $125/HR in .25 hour increments. ~ Custom Programming in the language and/or database desired. This includes Web-Site Development and E-Store Deployments. Fee: $125/HR in .25 hour increments. ~ Remote PC Analysis, Trouble Shooting, and Repair. We access your PC via the internet and help you recover from Viruses and Mal-Ware. We can also optimize your PC and bring it back to life. Fee: $150/HR in .25 hour increments. ~ Application deployments, upgrades, maintenance, trouble shooting, and training. Fee: $125/HR in .25 hour increments ~ Project and Bid Write-ups. This includes all aspects of the project from conception to development and finally through the roll-out. Fee: $100/HR in .25 hour increments. Many clients like the ability to have a project written up, so they can shop it around. ~ General Consulting not covered by the above. Fee: $100/HR in .25 hour increments. ~ Custom Equipment. You name it, we build it. From Servers like the ProtectorPlus, which is an Anti Virus/Spam/MalWare device that scans your in and outbound traffic, to Workstations, Laptops and even High End Gaming Rigs. You want 1 or 30, you got it! ~ Hardware and Off The Shelf Software acquisitions. We charge 10% over my cost. Always!!!! ~ Site wiring is generally done at a flat rate of $80 per run plus materials.  Circumstances can increase this due to complexity or length.  ~

Sliding Scale Discount Structure: For every $25,000 paid by a single company, that company will automatically be given a 5% discount on all future billing, that year. This scale will continue until a 30% discount rate is reached. 30% is the maximum discount achievable. We charge time and a half for after-hours and emergency work, and double time for weekends and Holiday work. We also provide a automatic 30% discount to Lower Educational and Religious Institutions.

Billing: New clients must provide payment of 1/2 upfront and 1/2 after satisfactory completion of project. Established clients can pay on a net 30 style of billing.
